After the signature of the contractual documents with the project’s client HMEC at once enter into the stage of order negotiation of the all E&M equipment step by step as scheduled.

Due to the close cooperation and coordination with the all suppliers of the equipment during the bid and main contractual negotiation with the client HMEC smoothly conducted the order negotiation. In this Dec. of 2012 the internal order agreement of the turbine and generator was finished, and the other orders are planned, in matching with the schedules of site civil construction and erection sequences in the project general schedule, to be finished in the 2ndquarter of 2013 if there is no material contractual changes in aspect of scope of supply and technical requirements.
