HMEC has a professional project implementation and quality management team, with rich experience in overseas project quality management, using the methods of real-time tracking and process control, carry out quality management on the manufacturing process, manufacturing schedule and inland transportation of the equipment, including the following seven links.
1.Welding Process Control
In strict accordance with WPS & PQR and the welding standards specified in the purchase contract, carry out process control & quality management in the entire process of product welding, and witness the process of NDI (RT, UT, MT, PT) of welding seams.
2.Machining Process Control
In strict accordance with the design drawings and contract technical specifications, track and manage product quality and manufacturing schedule in machining process, recheck the main outlet dimensions of products, tolerance dimensions, geometry tolerance, surface roughness of fitting surface, witness the process of NDI (UT、PT).
3.Factory Assembly
In strict accordance with the design drawings and contract technical specifications, track and manage assembly process of the product, recheck the main assembly size, geometry tolerance and tolerance dimensions of the product.
4.Factory Acceptance Test
In strict accordance with the design drawings and contract technical specifications, tracing and witnessing the equipment factory acceptance test.
5. Appearance Inspection
According to the design drawings and technical specifications of the contract, track and manage the painting process of the products, to ensure that the paint color, paint film thickness, paint speed, environment temperature, etc. meet the paint process specifications.
6.Packing Inspection
In strict accordance with the drawings and technical specifications of the contract, check and review the quantity and type of products, to ensure that each product has been tagged and that the product information on the label is the same as the packing list. Small pieces of products are required to be loaded into the carton before put into the box, protect the large products before they are packed, and the products are separated from each other with cushion material in the process of packing, so as to prevent the collision in the course of transportation. Check necessary marks such as transport marks, commodity marks, shipping marks, fumigation marks (if necessary), etc..
7.Inland Transportation Process Tracking
