Submittal of Final Proposal for Supply of Complete E&M Equipment for Canchayllo HPP in Peru Dec. 23, 2011

On Dec. 19th of 2011 HMEC submitted to the client, EMPRESA DE GENERACION ELECTRICA CANCHAYLLO S.A.C (EGECSAC), its final proposal for the supply of the complete E&M equipment for CANCHAYLLO HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT. The final proposal scope includes the engineering design, manufacture, supply, shipment, erection, supervision and commissioning of the complete E&M equipment.

The CANCHAYLLO HPP is located in the CANCHAYLLO Town of Jauja city, Junin region, Peru. Starting half year ago HMEC worked on the project in close cooperation with the client based on the main information of the feasibility study from the client, and then optimized the total installed capacity from the original 4MW to 5MW in condition of similar investment. The client appreciated very much on this optimization because it will obviously bring increase of the power generation in the long term operation.
